2 cups self raising flour
4 tbsp cocoa powder
1 teaspoon bicarbonate soda
2/3 cup caster sugar
3 eggs, beaten
5 oz sunflower oil
5 oz semi skimmed milk
2 tbsp golden syrup
For the Coating and filling:
1/2 cup unsalted butter
2 cups cream cheese
2 2/3 cups icing sugar
1/2 cup cocoa powder, sifted
2 tbsp rainbow sprinkles, to serve
