Delicious Magazine- Home Cook School!

Make sure to pick up a copy of this months Delicious Magazine because I am so thrilled to announce that I am now a regular contributor! There are certain things as a food blogger, you can only hope and dream about, one of those things for me has always been to be featured in Delicious!  I’ve been collecting issues for years so I was so excited when the wonderful editor Karen Barnes and food editor Lizzie Kamenetzky asked me to become a regular contributor earlier this year.

Each month I’m going to be teaching first time cooks how to master basic recipes in the kitchen. My best buddy Jonathan, was first up in the March issue and we cooked through a classic, Steak and Chips with a rich mushroom sauce and garlic aoili.  Check out the Delicious magazine website for more info or follow them on twitter…  HUZZAH!
