Last week I was joined by a group of my fellow Irish food bloggers to celebrate the launch of “Kitchen Hero” at the Westbury Hotel in Dublin. As a group we are rapidly growing in numbers, so it really was great to catch up with some old faces and one or two new ones!
The lovely folks at The Westbury are running a specially themed Afternoon Tea from now until the end of May, with recipes from the new book, and everyone who orders the fantastic three tiered platter gets a signed copy. Seemed like the perfect place to host a little celebratory tea party! A massive thank you to everyone who came and to the folks at The Westbury for hosting us.
