I was back in the Mitt Kök kitchen again this week and this time, I wanted to share one of my favourite recipes that I use again and again. A good ‘go to’ recipe, is one that is quick to prepare, uses fresh ingredients and of course is something that everybody will love! For me that means a roast chicken. This recipe is a brilliant one tray wonder because all you have to do is toss your veg in alongside the chicken, pop it in the oven and job done! This is a delicious, comforting dish and if you’re lucky you will have some mighty fine leftovers for the week!
