BIG AND VERY EXCITING NEWS!!! On Friday I will be in London to appear on ITV 1’s This Morning!!! Exciting or what! Ok I’ll cool it on the exclaimation marks… A few weeks ago I was over for a screen test with them in London and they dropped me an email last week to confirm they wanted me to appear… (!!!!) 🙂
So please make sure to tune in on Friday morning, I’ll be on with Eamon Holmes and Ruth Langford and in honour of St.Patricks day I’ll be cooking up a delicious Seafood Chowder and some Irish Soda Bread!
