Pumpkin Patch Visit & Pumpkin Risotto!

We spent a day in Underwood Family Farms in Moorpark, California hanging out in the pumpkin patch, enjoying the festivities and also to pick up pumpkins so I could make up some Pumpkin, Sage & Prosciutto Risotto! It's the perfect comfort food for this Halloween season using lots of your store cupboard ingredients!! You should totally make it this Fall!
