Limoncello Cocktail

A fresh flavoured cocktail ideal for sweet spring sipping. Don’t leave the egg white out here, it’s essential for the perfect amount of froth.

Method

  1. 1. Put all the ingredients into a cocktail shaker with plenty of ice and shake well until it is foamy.
  2. 2. Strain into two glasses and serve.

75ml st germain liqueur 

50ml lemon juice

40ml simple syrup
