1 red pepper, cut into chunks
1 yellow pepper, cut into chunks
For the dressing:
1 tsp coriander seeds

1 tsp fennel seeds
2 garlic cloves, finely minced
2.5fl oz extra virgin olive oil
Juice of 1 lemon
1 tbsp honey
Salt and freshly ground black pepper
