Pink Negroni Spagliato

I give you the Pink Negroni Spagliato which replaces regular prosecco with the pink variety, though of course you could use a sparkling rose here also. Either way it will put the pep in the step of any party goer this festive season!

  • time 10mins + chlling
  • serves Serves 8
Method
  1. Fill 8 tumblers or short stemmed glasses with a few ice cubes.
  2. Pour a shot of campari and a shot of vermouth into each glass. Top with the sparkling rose.
  3. Stir gently, add a half moon of orange and serve.

8 x 1.5tbsp shots campari

8 x 1.5tbsp shots red vermouth

1 x 25fl oz bottle chilled sparkling rose/pink prosecco

4 slices of orange, halved

This is a wonderfully refreshing drink that is perfect for dinner parties! If you want to make an alcoholic version add one part good quality rum to the mix. The thyme syrup can be used for cocktails instead of a sugar syrup.
